Activate your Oak ID
When you are admitted, you will receive an Oak ID. Your Oak ID and password are used to authenticate access to technological services at Ohio University, including:
- Registration for classes
- E-mail account through which you will communicate with your professors and receive/submit assignments
- Financial aid and account services
Upon your admission to the program you will receive you Oak ID and password. You must activate your Oak ID before use.

If you would like to purchase textbooks for your courses, you can do so HERE.

Registering for classes
Students who began in the fall of 2009, can now register for the Winter 2010 classes, which begin January 4 , 2009, using the course offerings link below.

| Accessing your courses |
After you have registered you will receive e-mail communication with information about how to access your online courses.
You can log in to your Blackboard 7 online course HERE. Specific instructions for logging into BB7 nad other helpful information canbe found on the sam site under "Student How to."
