Tuition and Financial Aid

Tuition:

The tuition for the Fall 2009 ECGE cohort (including fall, winter, and spring quarter classes) will be $5,131. A student information system and network fee is assessed each quarter and varies depending on the number of hours enrolled (5hrs = $15, 6hrs = $18, 7hrs = $21).

Payment:

A variety of convenient payment options are available. For more information about payment to the university, visit the bursar's office Web site. (This link will open a new window)

Financial Aid:

You may be eligible for financial aid for this program. As a non-degree graduate student working toward teacher certification, financial aid for independent students is limited to undergraduate Stafford Loans in the amount of up to $4,000 per quarter with a minimum of six credit hours enrolled each quarter. If the independent undergraduate aggregate limit of $57,500 in the Stafford Loan program has been reached, a student will not qualify for additional aid.

The FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) is available HERE. The Ohio University Federal School Code is 003100. The 2009-2010 school year should be selected on the FAFSA application.

Contact Lisa Butler (butlerl@ohio.edu) for help with financial aid questions.
