Ohio University wants you to succeed!
This year Ohio University launched the NEW Online Student Success Center, with improved services, to help you succeed as you pursue your degree online. OHIO strives to be the best student-centered learning experience in America, and we are working to make your online experience a true Ohio University experience…without the bricks of campus. By providing you with a link to resources, like a Success Coach, the NEW Online Student Success Center helps you overcome challenges that online students sometimes experience as a result of not being on campus.
Success Coaches are as close as your telephone or email and can help you find answers to questions about your online program. They can direct you to the right resources, will remind you about important dates--such as registration, and help you through those “I’m just not sure what to do” times. They are available to take phone calls several hours each day, as well as answer your questions via email.
And your coach may be contacting you, as well. If you’ve forgotten to register for the upcoming term or you haven’t been able to login to class for a few days in a row…or maybe you just need a little encouragement…you might be hearing from an OHIO Success Coach.
The NEW Online Student Success Center contact information, below, replaces the number you may have used in the past. You will continue to work with your Academic Advisor for academic planning and guidance while your Success Coach will help you find answers to the other questions that arise throughout your program.
