Registration
Registration for credit offerings is simple!
If you have been an Ohio University student
anytime after 1985, you need not complete
any forms. Use the Ohio University
Web Registration page to sign up
for courses.
To use the web registration you will need
the following:
PID (Person Identification Number) or Social
Security Number (SSN)

For Transfer-Degree Students, Visiting Students
pursuing a degree at another college or university,
nondegree-seeking students, and re-enrolling
students enrolled prior to 1985:
To register for classes or workshops at
the Athens or regional campuses, you must
complete a short registration form. Download
the correct form to your desktop and complete
the form. If you have Adobe Acrobat (not
just Adobe Reader) 4.0 or higher you can
email it back to us as an attachment at summer.sessions@ohiou.edu.
If you do not have the complete version of
Adobe Acrobat 4.0 or higher you must print
the form and send it by snail mail to Office
of Summer Sessions, 205 Haning Hall, Athens,
OH 45701 or by fax to (740) 593-2901.
Registration Forms:
If a class for which you've registered is
closed or canceled, you will be notified
by email so that you can make adjustments
to your schedule prior to the start of classes.
Non-Credit
Registration Information
To register online ( credit cards only) for
a non-credit course simply click on "Register"
button next to any non-credit course.
