Your application can not be processed until OHIO receives your transcripts. Only transcripts received by the deadline shown above will be given priority processing for the "start date" listed. NURSING CODE REQUESTED ON APPLICATION: If you are applying the for the RN-to-BSN program you will be asked to enter your community college partner name and the following code: CC12345
