Welcome to Ohio University. It’s a great place to complete a bachelor’s degree, whether you are transferring from another school or are a former Ohio University student.

We want to help make your transition into the program as smooth as possible. So we’ve compiled a tour of some important information that you should be aware of as you become a Bobcat!

There’s a lot to learn about OHIO, so let’s get started. At the bottom of each page you will find a button to move to the next section. Or you can go to any section by using the menu at the left of the page.

When you have completed all sections, fill in the I'M READY form to verify that you have reviewed the material.

WHO: YOU are you--the student. WE refers to Ohio University and the people who work here to provide services.

WHAT: Learn more about Ohio University and college expectations--that will save time and hassle later on.

WHEN: Finish this session as soon as you can after you are admitted. When yo finish, complete the statement at the end telling us you've finished it.

WHERE: You can complete the session at any computer.

WHY: Don't say we didn't tell you so! Complete this "Get Aquainted" session and be better prepared to know what questions to ask and where to look for answers as you pursue an Ohio University education.
