This class guides you through an exploration of leadership that is designed to help you transform your leadership style by enhancing your emotional intelligence, managerial skills and communication. Through a variety of rich developmental experiences (individual leadership and emotional intelligence assessments, book analysis, interviews, reflection and synthesis) you are provided assessment, challenge, and leadership growth. |
