The 2011 RBCA Leadership Conference is seeking proposals for a series of brief presentations from deans and others in regional/branch campus leadership positions for presentation at the annual conference.

Conference Theme: 

Putting Our Best Foot Forward:  Practices that Work at Branch Campuses

 Potential Session or Panel Topics:
            *Data Driven Decision-Making (panel)
            *Enrollment Management/Predictive Models
            *Comparison of Models for Funding Distribution
            *Student Services and Activities on Regional/Branch Campuses
            *Recruiting:  Enrollments; Staffing

Presentations may be proposed in either of the following formats:

• Panel presentation/discussion, to include representatives from two-three institutions,

Or

• Presentations of short papers (about 15 minutes in length)
